Laundromat FAQ
We are open Monday - Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Yes, we are fully attended so there is always someone on site to help you if you have any questions or need any assistance.
Our machines take coins as well as other forms of payment such as ApplePay, Google Pay, debit and credit cards.
We have 65- and 85-pound machines so you can do multiple loads at once or you can wash items that don't fit into your home machines like comforters and sleeping bags.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes any time between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Monday - Saturday.
We use only premium brand products for our wash and fold. We utilize brands such as Tide, Gain and All Free & Clear.
Our regular wash and fold service is only $1.25/lb., and your clothes will be ready for pick up the next day.* If you would like your clothes back the same day it is $1.95/lb.
*Saturday drop offs will be ready on Monday.
There is not a minimum.
Regular wash and fold has a 24-hour turnaround*. You can pay extra if you need your clothes back the same day.
*Laundry dropped off on Saturday are ready for pickup on Monday.
No, we never wash your clothes with anyone else's.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer our laundry pickup and delivery services Monday - Saturday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
If you know that you would like regular laundry pickup service, you can sign up for weekly or biweekly service. This service is $1.90/lb. If you just want to use our service from time to time it is $2.25/lb.
There is no minimum order.
Simply click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information. It takes less than two minutes.
Your clean laundry will be returned to you in 48 hours*.
*Friday pick ups will be returned to you on Monday.
You do not. When you place your order, just let us know what secure location you will leaving your laundry. Popular choices are the front porch, in an unlocked garage, ore out of view on the front porch.
That is no problem! When you place your order, there is a place where you can let us know if you have any special instructions for your laundry.
There is not. You can always discontinue service when you like.
We ask for your credit card information when you place your order. Your card will not be charged until the order is complete.
We strongly recommend putting your laundry in a trash bag or a laundry bag that cinches closed.
You can always log into your account and place your service on hold until you return from your vacation.
